Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our lingerie store for your intimate needs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Therefore, we have developed the following return policy to ensure that your experience with us is as smooth and convenient as possible:

Returns:

  • We ONLY accept returns of unopened item within 14 days of receipt for store credit or to your card. Please note that all tags must be attached to the item and it must be in its original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at lingerieunder@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If it is accepted, we will issue you store credit or process the exchange within 5 business days.

Exchanges:

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item.

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us at  lingerieunder@gmail.com  with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

  • If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will provide you with a store credit or refund.

  • All exchange items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be issued in the event of a defective or incorrect item that cannot be exchanged or replaced.

  • To request a refund, please contact us at  lingerieunder@gmail.com  with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the refund.

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If it is accepted, we will process the refund within 5 business days.

ALL THE SALES ARE FINAL SALE! WE DON'T DO ANY EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON SALE ITEMS.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our return criteria.
